I have a question about my 4 years old daughter. Can we give her fresh milk, which is bottled and not boiled?

yes, if it's pasturized, but ask your peditrician first before taking any of our words' for it. That's the kind of questions he/she should be used to answering, and they would know better than any of us.
Although, my son's peditrician is a strict, by-the-book, old school kind of doctor, and she told me NEVER to give him boiled or warm already pasturized milk (goes bad faster once heated because of the seperation of molecules).

But like I said, see what you dr says.

As long as it is pasteurised it's ok. Make sure it's full cream milk and not semi or skimmed if you are giving it to under 5's

...do you know and trust the source of the milk....? like the farm that is producing it... the history of the cows that the farm is using.... a simple answer is yes, but knowledge is power... Homogenized milk is always recommended but farm fresh, cream and Oooo....so good !!!

The fermentation process enables longer shelf life. As long as it is fresh, it is alright.
