Yes, some of the nutrients are increased when the milk is converted to curd. Curd has better digestibility than milk. Some people consider animal milk as poison since they feel that milk is species specific and the nutrient combination is not suitable for human being. In my opinion milk should be given in all age groups.

Allow me to enlighten the brainwashed masses. No one at any age should ever drink milk with the exception of infants are are breast feeding. Dairy is not a real food group and it cost the American Dairy Council a pretty penny to get it into the food pyramid as one. Milk is bad for you. It thickens your mucus which leads to increased trouble with allergies and your sinuses. A cup of broccoli has more calcium in it than a glass of milk. The United States has the highest allowed puss to milk ratio in the world. That's right people just picture how much of the milk you're drinking is made up of puss from the sores that the milking machines cause the cows to get on their udders the next time that you're drinking a nice big glass of ice cold milk.

curd is pre digested, so as you strengthen older you may tolerate curd greater effectual than milk. by some potential age impacts the way a individual digests milk, an excellent variety of folk can certainly have milk for the time of their lives yet maximum senior people convert because it has a tendency to reason uneasiness. people regard milk as poison, possibly because of the fact cows are given oxytocin (a being pregnant hormone) to produce greater milk and it is going into the milk too. you like milk in old age because of the fact your bones start up growing to be susceptible, extraordinarily women, to dodge a undertaking noted as osteoporosis, which makes bones brittle and companies to breaking.

Sometimes, preferably as curds, unless suffering from problems of acidity. Helps digestion. But there are (other) substitutes in "processed" as well as "purely natural" foods.
