No, it has a repair feature tho if you boot with the 2k disk.
To Chris, "Internet crap" ? Win 2 k is one of the best operating systems Microsoft ever put out!

Go to start menu, > help and support, > system restore, > restore my computer to an earlier time. It will look like a calendar and you can choose the day you want to restore it to.....I am getting ready to do this to my Computer...but I just hate to know I will lose my data that I have downloaded without making a disc...Hope this helps you...Good luck...
