Its difficult to just blurt it out. If its hard for you try doing it on a departure. That's when I tell my mother. But its more of a habit and of course I mean it. I got into the habit of hugging my father about 5 years ago. Sometimes I want to hug him longer but he seems a little uncomfortable even though he tries. The point is, its not like your parents wouldn't want you to hug or say "I love you", it just isn't something your used too. They probably feel the same a you and just don't know how to initiate it. Just do it and it will be easier next time..

I tell my parents I love them every time I see them or talk on the phone w/ them. It's not hard to do. I often feel like I'm giving them a gift by saying it first. And it feels good to hear it, too!

I tell my Mom that, and my family most every time I talk to them which is usually every day. It is hard for some people to say I Love You. But just say it. Like anything else you are trying to learn it will be uncomfortable the first few times you say it. But you'll become natural with it the more you do it.
So, if you feel it, then say it.

Actually, it's a little bit difficult for me, though I certainly love them. I don't remember when the last time was but it must be so long ago. We spend much time together but...I don't know why.

I can tell you I'm a good daughter, hardly make my parents sad. Is that one way to show my love?

I don't find it hard to tell my parents i love them, it usually just comes out of my mouth . Although sometimes i find it's a habbit and wonder if i really mean it, so i actually think about it when i tell them and do something extra special for them or help them out.

Its very easy to tell from the words, Bt smtimes sm children, they just say! Bt there is no feeling abt their parents.

The thing is we must show them how much v love them & how much they mean to us.

i tell my mom all the time but its like pulling teeth when she says it back. i dint ask her to say it back i think i know she does love me. but when she does say it back like i said it sounds like she is getting tortured. also when i give her a kiss on the cheek to say bye and i love u she always makes this scrunched up face.. but all in all i still tell her and my dad i love them and mean it.
