the cowlick is called a crown, and it is because the hair there grows in a diffrent direction,it is nothing to worry about and nothing you can do about it ,it is usually genetic

Have you suffered from sinus headaches lately?
Have you had sharp-intense pains in your temples?

If so, you may have a mild concussion.

If it just hurts when you move your hair:
You are probalby having an allergic reaction to something in your hair poroducts. If you have changed any of them recently, switch back for a while and see if it helps.

You should also check pillows, head-rests, and hats for anything unusual. Particularly, flaky material or powders.

If nothing else, consult your doctor.
