Hi! I'm 19 years old and my boyfriend, who is only Spanish speaking, is 24. I am bilingual, and I love him with all of my heart. We have been best friends for a year now and have been dating for a month and a half. We spend almost every night together, since we both work and I am in school, that is the only time we have together. My family and friends hate that I am dating him, and they told me to just drop him. He has been nothing short of wonderful to me, yet they can't stand the fact that he only speaks Spanish and also has a child from when he was very young. I feel empty without him in my life, and they don't understand this. They make snide comments and told me that they will NEVER approve of him, and they haven't even met him because of this. I am lost as to what to do. I understand that there are many obstacles in our relationship, but he's too important in my life to just give up on it. Any advice? What should I do?!

They say that I am ruining their lives and that I don't care how they feel. They said they feel disappointed in me and betrayed. They make me feel guilty for loving him. I love my family with all my heart, but I love him as well. How can I find a happy medium and can I?
The child is with the mother living in another country, yet he still sees the child often and is a good father.

At 1 1/2 months, you are infatuated, NOT in love. Is He providing for his child? If not, this speaks to his charactor. Don;t mention lack of $. His child SHOULD be his #1 priority. This is an indicater of how he will treat any future ones. The language: in itself, is not a problem, except that what kind of income can he provide for any future family? If you respect your family you are going to lead an unhappy life if there is not peace in your life. Why not "cool your jets" and back off a little. See each other on week-ends. But stay out of his house. A fool will let his body lead his heart.

hello; my little friend, my advice to you is that 1) you said that you loved your parent from all your heart and if you know that you really do what you need to do is to meet them to give you reason why you should not continue with the relationship may that's something that they see in the life of the young guy that you have not known and they are pirating you from entering into the danger, remember they are your parent and they have experience life so you need to get reason with them. and secondly you mention of having obstacle in your relationship my darling please don't allow love to blind your eyes, just because you are in love with a guy. my dear you are still a young girl, just focus in your education and stop be bordered by anything. don't be surprise that the guy you killing yourself for, may not have a single atom of love for you not that am trying you to take heart off him rather am telling you by experience, it has happen to me that the guy i so much love, i can not stay without him but to my great surprise he is the one that make me cry. so my dare be wise and don't flashers to deceive you. thanks my email peacebabygirl2005@yahoo.com.

I could get an ear piercing (Cartilage, moment earlobe, and so forth.) and wait at the nostril till you are 15, and the stomach button till you are sixteen. I acquired all my piercings fairly younger, and now that I seem again, I seemed bizarre, like I used to be looking to seem older than I used to be. I are aware of it's now not what you desire to listen to- I did not desire to listen to it both whilst I used to be your age. If you need to get a type of now, despite the fact that, I'd say nostril piercing.

Well you tell your family they have there life and you have yours and if it is a mistake then you are just going to have to live and learn on your own. Like they did and are still doing. Its why they call it living! Tell them they are the disappointment. They're suppose to be there for you ALWAYS. If you feel strong about him then keep him in your life. If he is the one and you listen to your parents your going to lose out not them. IT'S YOUR LIFE AND YOUR HAPPINESS!

If you honestly feel whole and complete with him and he just makes your heart melt i say forget whatever other people say and follow your heart. But if things start to feel all wrong inside to you get out! Dont trap yourself for a downfall

be yourself, whatever you think is right, do it.....be considerate to your family they only thinks whats best for you....but why dont you explain to them that he is a good guy, he loves you and proved to them that you love him to...its your life hold on to it... your'e still young at that age you will find the right guy, the one that will realaly love you, the guy which your family likes for you....
