Not any more true than saying that if you leave the pork out by itself for a similar length of time, maggots will surface. The theory that mixing two or more inanimate substances produces life is called Spontaneous Generation, and it went out of style with Von Leeuwenhoek and the development of the microscope.
If you soak a piece of raw pork in coca-cola, eventually there won't be a piece of raw pork left, though. It will not dissolve a spoon as the other responder said. Coke also makes a halfway-decent detergent to hand-wash clothing with some kinds of stains on it, especially dark, greasy stains of the type you get working in a kitchen, although doing so is absolute murder to your hands. Not that this has anything to do with pork or spontaneous generation theories.

Coca Cola doesn't attract the maggots, it's the meat.
If you put meat out, it attracts maggots.
Before refrigeration was discovered, people thought maggots grew out of the meat, but then someone put the meat in a bucket and covered the it with cloth and the maggots appeared on the CLOTH, so they knew maggots didn't grow from meat.
This showed they were attracted to the meat and the smell, and by landing on the cloth they were trying to get to the meat.

Oh come on. Are you really that dense?
Most pork contains worms/parasites. This is why it must be cooked thoroughly. Although, these are microscopic and cannot be seen by the human eye (Though they can be trasnsferred THROUGH the eyes, be careful of splatter or if you rub your eyes). Pouring substances won't make maggots, or the parasites appear/disappear.
Cook your pork thoroughly.

I've never heard that, but if you leave a spoon in a glass of Coca Cola for a while it'll eventually dissolve.
