All forms of noise is a public nuisance whether it is a mosque or a temple or a church or a disco. It should be banned that is all. Devotees of every religion seem to think that their god is deaf that is why they shout out their prayers at the top of their voice and when that is not enough use loud speakers!

Misuse of Loud Speakers near hospitals and schools should be strictly prohibited by the police. The public trust in the police is sinking due to their failure in performing their social responsibilities.
It will be effective when applied to all religions alike. The Hindus can not be expected to be more civilised when the Muslims are allowed to violate the law with impunity. May be, Hindus will stop doing things out of respect for law, once the law is strictly implemented.

There are believers who think that the louder you shout , the better chances of it being heard by the god. So , hearing your cries , the god gives you what you want.
The more people are disturbed , they will shout to god to stop it , so the chances of your success increases.
Actually, if you want to reach more people , running commentary on a mobile phone is a better option , or , the use of radio and TV.
But this will never pollute the atmosphere as you want.
We are all out here to compete to spoil the environment , for our self destruction , so that nobody protests.
Actually, every religion should synchronise their prayer timings , so that there is complete chaos in the administration , only then they will rise from their slumber and subdue somebody.

Why to isolate mosques! This happens with all religions, without any exclusion, the forerunners being the politicians and their public meetings. The volume of the speaker is the volume of their strength. Who an do what against them!!!!
Irrespective of Loud speakers Control Act load speakers continue to be a menace. Sound pollution irritates the mind and remains a disturbance to peaceful environment.
We can not suggest any thing to the politicians as we know that it will carry no use, but in respect of places of worship, of whatever sort , we can place our request to stop showing volume as their strength and disturb common man, but be pleasant with their prayers so that any one will like to listen to them and to know what they say.

It is a nuisance whether the loud sound comes from a church or a temple or a Mosque. How is it allowed when there is a specific law forbidding such misuse.

The Act related to control on use of loud speakers is also applicable to the Mosques in India, but the police is restrained from enforcing it in public interest to keep the Muslim voters pleased. The politicians are responsible to do anything to please the Mullahs.

Why the Muslims whole over the non-Muslim countries do not understand the feelings of others. In India 14% Muslims can not ignore the inconvenience of 85% of the population who are Hindus. It is height of intolerance.
