How do I get Media Player 11 to close properly in Vista?

Since installing Vista, I noticed that music and video files continue to play even after clicking the close button on Media Player, almost like I minimized instead. Any ideas?

Right click on the task bar, select Toolbars, and untick Windows Media Player.

You should report it to Microsoft. I think it must not work like that.
