Look, I dont mean to disrespect you guys or anything, so I'm going to ask nicely.

I'm annoyed that your fellow Christians kept bashing my religion. I'm a muslim. So, would it be too much to ask if you guys could advice these hatemongering "Christians" to stop,

also, give me one good reason why I shouldn't bash you guys back?

I just want to see what is your answer.

Why must you bash me? Why must you bash my other muslim friends?

We never did anything, we never killed anyone, why bash us?

You want to bash those terrorists, go ahead, be my guest. But why us?

Because most Christians/ Americans(I know I am technically American but it doesn't mean agree with my country's actions) are hypocritical.
They generalize. The terrorist were Muslim so all Muslims are bad.But then they get pissed we people from other countries assume just because our government is run by closed-minded a$$holes we are all closed-minded a$$holes. I am so sick of those people they make the rest of us look bad.

I am not a Christian but am an American and I apologize for the bashing that most of my country has probably given you.

Next time tell the that you refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.

People don't have any problem with you or other Muslims but after the 9/11 bombing things change and those bombers were Muslims. I understand you are a peaceful person and are just asking everybody to respect you and other Muslims but if you or other the Muslims were hurt in a large mass number of victims by Christians, Jews or other religion, just like the bombing in the Middle East, that you thought were kind, gentle and heart fully trusted them, will you slowly develop distrust fullness and begin to categorize all of those people practicing that certain religion as someone bad. Some people have some tendency to categorize other ethnicity when they don't know who the enemy is but not all. I know that is immature and unethical but fear and anger can cloud someones judgment especially if that emotion is continuously being reminded almost everyday. For example the Iraq war, who are the one killing the soldiers and what religion are they practicing ? What religion are those individuals practicing who attempted to bomb us again last September 9, 2006? How do you think the Japanese were treated after the world war II ? They experienced a lot worse treatment than Muslims did today. Where did you hear that christian were disrespecting Muslims anyway because I am a Christian and I don't hate Muslims. But I am skeptical about Muslims since the bad apples are blending in with the other good apples, hopefully you are part of the good apples. The only way the kaoes will end is if someone or all in the Muslim community steps up to stop the killing. Only then people will consider trusting Muslims again. And get support by the people who respects you.

It only takes a couple of nuts.

Of course the vast majority are decent people. Of course most of us don't bear any ill will towards the vast majority of other human beings on the planet. Of course.

But a couple of Muslim nuts think God wants them to kill infidels. A couple of Christian nuts think we should tattoo the Ten Commandments on the backs of your eyelids. So what happens? All Muslims are terrorists, and all Christians are raving loons.

How do you know if someone is a Christian or a Muslim, anyway? Do you just take their word for it? If I say I'm a Christian, and that I enjoy having my testicles slow-roasted over a charcoal grill, does that mean it's a Christian thing? Apparently, if a couple of nuts who speak Arabic could convince half the world that terrorism is part of the Q'uran.

Just out of curiosity, is there something that would be accomplished by this retaliatory bashing you spoke of? I mean, do you think it would make the bashing stop? Or would it, in all probability, just piss people off? In fact, there's an excellent chance you would piss people off who had not done the bashing you are complaining about, don't you think? And they, in their turn, would feel the need to "bash you guys back" by abusing some other Muslims who had nothing to do with you and who, up until then, may not have had any particular grudge against Christians. Do you get where this is going?

You shouldn't bash back because that's how wars start.

Good request CJ, but I seriously doubt the Muslims are going to do that any time soon. Hojo, for the Muslims, you are dead wrong. Their religion is one of gaining power and killing those who refuse to convert. That is from THEIR history, even if they want to deny it.
Why "bash" Muslims, I think Morganie gave a good answer. Can you not look at the precepts and teachings of your own religion and see that what you might call bashing, from some Christians, is simply telling you the truth? Bash us if you want to, but you have no true basis to do so. We do, however, have good cause to point out the errors of Islam, starting out with Muhammad himself. Did you know that his scribe became so frustrated with him that he left, and became a Christian? It's true, and it IS in your history.

Hey Adia, It's not bashing if it the truth from people who fully understand, like former terrorists raised in Islam is it? Have you ever heard of Walid Shoebat? There are death threats on his life and his families every day, his own parents wanted him dead. It is perfectly acceptable to lie to any Infidel, which to a Muslim is all other than Islam, it is considered an honor for children and women as well as men of course, to blow up all Infidels and drive the Jews into the sea, off the face of the earth. Perhaps you should study yourself and not just what you are being told about Islam, look up Walid Shoebat on line it's a good start, buy the book," Inside Islam."Isn't it odd to you that True New Covenant Christians who endeavor to live by Yeshua Ha Mashiyach,(Jesus The Messiah) don't threaten your life and send you death threats to you and your family because your Muslim? Yet Muslims who are, shall we say fundamentlists ,such as in the Middle East, teach suicide boming from an age 5 and up, only it's declared to be honorable in the greatest sense, their entire families are rewarded for life and honored as great patriots! Adia, I don't hate you, Yeshua (Jesus) was sent by Abba Father into the earth to pay your sin debt and mine and of all who call upon His name,He is the Lamb of God who was and is and is to come! the 1st adam was a living soul, the last Adam a Life Giving Spirit! Yeshua said Before Abraham was I Am! And if you have seen me you have seen The Father! Yeshua is The Word who became flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His Glory that of the Only Begotten of The Father , filled with grace an truth! He came into the earth to seek and save the lost! And to destroy the works of the devil! I'm asking The Father to open your eyes that you might see and your ears that you might hear the Word of Life in Yeshua Ha Mashiyach, Jesus The Anointed One, and be filled with Rauch Ha Kodesh the Holy Spirit, who will tell you only what the Father says, and He will love you freely and fully, and you will know Him in Spirit and in Truth! I ask it in The precious name of Yeshua whom all power and authority in heaven and earth has been given, amen...

A Human is a Human we all have feelings that can get hurt
If you are correct then you have no worries (but I do)
If I'm correct than I have no worries (but you do)
In the end we ALL will see who is correct.
As far as bashing goes, I do not agree with the Muslim Religion (have read up on it and do know it), that does not mean in any shape or form that I will turn my back on you if you are in need.
I would hope that in return, with me being a Christian that you would not turn your back on my time of need

Maybe because YOUR religion want to cuts folks heads off who disagree with them. And dont try to say that thats just the "radicals" that want that. Its the so-called "moderates" too. Thats the only way the "radicals" can operate. With the approval of the so-called "moderate" majority. I remember quite well, all of the "moderates" dancing in the streets (from every muslim country in the world) when the twin towers fell. So if you want to "bash back, then go ahead. We know who the real UNCIVILIZED "infidels" are......theTravman

I'm a non-practicing baptist christian. In other words I don't go to church. Why? Because I feel that all of my fellow baptists are using religion to a disadvantage to the rest of us. They are constantly ramming bibles down other peoples throats. Who is to say which religion is right or wrong? I could be wrong, but I could be right. I have nothing to lose with my religion and everything to gain. I hope you feel the same way about yours.

The bible says that we should speak out against false religions. We believe that you worship a false God. It is our responsibility to refute that your God is real. The Bible says that we should not even speak the name of your God. So basically we don't respect your religion. Muslims claim that they are right, and they quote the quran, so they get parts quoted back that aren't very flattering. If your ashamed of those parts you should look into a new belief. If you stay with your religion, you need to take the bad and accept it.

I . . . . . might. It's not like I get my jollies when I dissuade people from Islam. But I do laugh at times. Not to be rude either, but to clairify to those that are paying attention that there is no concensus between Islam with Christianity and Judaism. None. The Muslims do not believe in the Old testament, otr Torah, they change every bit of it to suit them.

So the differences I show are made to separate the confusion that is brought in by Muslims when they try to draw comparisons to their religion and Judaism along with Christianity.

So I do not like the word, "bash". I would call it, " Truth telling".
