No.1 Does he care if your marriage is annuled? Why mot just divorced? It is very difficult to get an annulment.....No.2 you say you are going as a tourist, but then say stay together there? No matter what, you were married before, annuled or not, and you are thinking about moving to CANADA for this guy....I think you should be asking bigger questions .... do you love him enough to move that far away? Does he love you? You HAVE been married before, so you know marriage isn't all fun and games etc.

You don't have to marry your boyfriend to stay there. You do, however, have to apply for a long-term travel visa or your Canadian citizenship. Guidelines for all of that is available online both through United States and Canadian organizations. Being married should not play too much of a factor, but it would probably be easier if you complete the separation before applying for citizenship.
Good luck.

My wife's Canadian and eventually we hope to settle there, but it's a difficult country to get into, probably why it's the most beautiful place in the world though and not the cess pitt the UK's turning into. Thanks Blair(the guys a political joke so i guess I'm in the right forum)
a question though....
Is it an Internet romance ?
Have you met ?
Why don't you wait till you get divorced ?
Good luck, Be safe

you have to apply for citizenship which may take years. He will have to sponsor you for ten years. or you have to show you have employment skills we could use. The fastest way is through marriage. My sisters boyfriend came from the states and they asked him how long he was staying and told him he had two weeks and had to report back at the border.

Yes there is, You might have to return to your country for a month or so until the paperwork is finished but then you'll be allowed to stay.
