I can get kind of bored or overloaded when immersed in a language. I kind of like switching from Korean to Japanese to Chinese to Portuguese. I think I can keep things straight in my head but maybe I'm fooling myself.

I think you can if you think you can. Everyone is different with the way we learn. I am a multi tasker and get bored really easy if I try to stick to learning one thing for too long. I learned sign language throughout my growing up years and then learned how to speak Spanish but while I was learning these I also picked up some German, French, Hebrew and Greek and I know some Chinese as well. I can't read or write any of the other languages yet but that's my next step. I love language.

Sure you can. In Europe most children have to learn at least three languages, their home language, English and French or German. If you belong to a less important country (Holland, Belgium, Sweden, etc), you'll even have to learn English and French and German. All at the same six years you're on mid-school. If you're on a school that is classic oriented (gymnasium), than you'll even have to learn Greek and Latin, all at the same time. And it can be done to a level that you can talk to locals about everyday life and can read the literature. I only do have problems to understand the finesses of politics.
