Water weight! But it can work with a few extra steps, and watch out you can get dehydrated easy. If you want to lose weight fast, buy water pills, take them! Walk everyday with a plastic suit (you can purchase at a sporting goods store) @ least 20 minutes, cut sugar and fat out of your diet, and drink at least 90 ounces of water a day. You will lose weight fast and not be dehydrated if you put the water back. You lose fat thru urine and sweat, but you must make sure your body is burning fat by the way you eat.

No,
i guess it wont work as u r loosing water not the fat. the fat breakes only by heat for the same reason exercise or any physical activity is perferred. The practise which ur friend is doing will lead only to dehydration or loss of water.

He probably lost a little fat

I've seen once on a TV show,
this person, his/her body was wrapped with plastic wrap(the one you use to seal food), and also he/she is wrapped with some kind of bandage etc after the plastic wrap.
Then they made him/her exercise in an elliptical machine, treadmill for one hour.

after that,

he/she lost a few inches in his/her tummy, legs, chest, arms etc.

"DO NOT DO THIS" I wrestled in high school and I had a friend die from this. Trying to loose weight for a wrestling match. If I do not do anything else please take my advise and do not do this. It will through your body into a wirlwind. If you need to know anymore about this email me. Delete this weight loss technique from the books.

i don't think it would really work but i do not think i would try and find out. it sounds like a severe risk of dehydration.
