i want to start photo shopping my pictures...i'd be a beginner...what program is best for me?
nothing truly fancy or complicated,just want to play with some pictures...just something simple so i can change the back ground to a diff color or fix stuff that needs fixing?

Photoshop is better and real fun.
Can get help by googling for photoshop tutorials.

You can play with photos using "corel paint". It comes with corel draw.Latest version is CorelMax

Easy to use software is picasa. Picasa is a freeware from google and u get only few options.
