Can you cook?? Do you know what some of his favorite meals are?? That might be one way to show him your love -- make him his favorite meal, and serve it to him by candlelight! Or another thing you can do is to make up a little booklet of "Coupons" he can redeem from you for little things he likes, such as a free backrub or a massage, or to go out for a movie or a ride in the car somewhere. Men love those, too!! Or maybe you could just tell him you want to pamper him for the evening, you know, wait on him hand and foot, cuddle with him to watch tv, just be really loving to him, and he will really appreciate all the undivided attention! All those suggestions are pretty much free or very low-cost!! Those mylar balloons with lovey-dovey messages also are cool, and there's a whole bunch of cards you can get at Wal-Mart for less than a dollar apiece!! Happy anniversary to you both!

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:
Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!
The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.
Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.
Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.

A Nice Quite night at the Beach to relax and lay back to talk and hold one another....try and get a sitter for baby and get a torch or something that will stay lit as a source of lighting, Before you 2 sit down draw in the sand a big enough Heart to sit in with both of your names....awwww how sweet
and spill everything to him about this year and what it means to you to have him in your life and to have a little one together!
Only take yourself , light, blanket if necessary and your finger to write in the sand! Congratulations on your 1st year and the best is yet to come.....take care

You really should let your guy take the lead, but if not, then if you know how to cook, make him a dinner, dress really nice. If you don't know how to cook then put all your feelings down on a nice piece of paper with a 6 pack of beer or whatever he likes. I hope I helped, that's the best I can come up with

Something inexpensive, yet thoughtful would be putting together a memory book. You could include pictures of you together and other memorabilia from your year together. On the opposite page of each set of pictures, you could write how you felt during those times; on the very last page, you could write a poem or just your own thoughts of your predictions for the many years to come. :)

Well IMO the best thing you can do will be to cook and have a romantic candle light dinner with him...give him something that will show him memories of the year you've been together...

Just treat him well.
Cook him a nice dinner. Rub his shoulders. Say nice things to him, and how much he mean's to you.
Maybe a nice card, but not all guys are into that.
Also, this can be dangerous, but a little coupon for some sort wish he has or something...I dunno.
