Meditation and yoga help a lot and are easy for anyone to do. Relax in a comfortable position and breath deeply. Empty your mind as much as you can. Listen to some music that relaxes you and doesn't have a strong beat or melody. As thought come into your head just let them go right by don't focus on them just watch them go by. In a few minutes you should feel a lot more relaxed. You can continue as long as you like. It leaves you feeling like you just had a good nights sleep.

This is something simple, provided you do it properly. Lie on your bed and close your eyes for a couple of minutes. Then, mentally examine your limbs, one by one. If you find that your hand, or leg, for some reason is taut due to tension, relax it. Do the same with your entire body. A few minutes later, you will find that some part of your body is not comfortable, so move your position a bit. Once all limbs, the neck and back are relaxed, think of something pleasant.

i know what i like to do after awhile of always on the go it take a relaxing hot bath for about 1 hr or so(untill there is no more hot water)
go out with friends and have a few drinks works to
good luck

Hypnosis is extremely effective for that. If you read Morpheus, above, 10 times, it might work as well!!

ok lay on you bed and breath deep...close your eyes and think about you fav vaction...if that does not work then do a cross word puzzles and listen to music!!!
