ok i found a crib by simplicity at walmart on a "rollback" price i really like.. and when it converts to a toddler bed has guard rails included and even a remote control activated mobile.. which i found interesting thing is i have to order it online and the bed is on sale for 120 bucks and im afraid that cheap wont be withstanding quality into the other beds i was looking at .. what do you all think? any moms use simplicity and find the wood not to crappy? TIA

yea money wasnt the issue.. i just think its extra cute.. plus all the furnitute is being bought mom grandmas their first grandbabies.! and i could always return it to walmart .. i guess!

Any newly manufactured crib is fine, by law, they have to adhere to all the new crib laws. Everything will be fine.

I have a simplicity but not that one I have the bed in the box with the crib, changing table and dresser. I could have picked any crib I wanted but I liked this set and I got all 3 for $200.00
It was easy to put togeather. I love it and My daughter loves it. It is very sturdy and Im glad I got it. I wouldnt consider it cheap but a good quality. it isnt crappy at all. Try it and if youdont like it take it back.

I bought a cheap crib at walmart for my daughter and I'm glad I did because she only used it for a few months and now she sleeps with me. Mine turns into a toddler bed too but I don't think she'll ever use it.

Why not order and see for yourself! You can always return it, probably to the store even! You may be surprised and end up loving it, and even having a little bit of money left over to buy another piece of furniture!

we got a simplicity convertable from walmart for our daughter
it rocks
she's almost 3 and it's a toddler bed now and it's still in awsome shape

well think about it his way..sure you may not be getting a high dollar crib to go in a perfect nursery run by the perfect nanny...but in the end you may find that you'll have a few extra dollars in your pocket..start a college fund!!

check out baby land they have nice ones if you feel it won't be good quality don't waste your money be careful ordering thing on line you might not get what you ordered it's called buyer beware if you see something on line go see it first before buying
