u shouldnt have to do much, first measure the wheel well, then the size of the tire u plan to by.
Then, measure into the wheel well to see how far u can turn the wheel without it rubbing the frame when the tires are turned as far as possible. the highest u may need to raise ur car is 3 in, and that should be it, u may not even have to do that if u do it properly.

Too much work and too much money. Your crown vic is only worth around $5000, your wheels will cost close to that, then you will spend at least another $2500 in lifting the car 4 inches with a lift kit AND lose your turning radius. which means you would have to pull forward and back up 3-4 times trying to get into a parking space. Why do you want a monster truck for a car anyway?
