will die and go away ,when I apply Retin A but only when they are first forming and are sore and irritable.Has anyone else tried this? It has worked for me every time.If they "mature" though it doesn't work only when they are first errupting. After application the next day or so it falls off. What causes those anyway and is it dangerous to snip them off?

You can snip them off, or tie them off with thread (they will eventually fall off) - or your dr can freeze them off. Since it is cosmetic, usually it isn't covered by health insurance. They just happen, and they tend to run in families, and you get more as you get older....

My hubby had one snipped off once and it bled for days. Get them burned off at the dr. office, or just do what you're doing.
