if your eating habbits stay the same as when you were working out it is possible to gain more weight when you stop working out but if you adjust your eating to lesss when you stop working out you will most likely gain weight. It depends on your metabolism. some people lose weight when the stop working out (muscle) and some people gain weight (fat). either way your muscle has memory cells that make it easier to get back into shape than it was initially the fist time. hope this helps.

If you stop exercising, your body does not burn enough calories+protein or fat, depending on what types of food you eat, and it exceeds your daily limit of 100%. After this limit, it will always be bad for you, extra and will add to your weight. But all my friends eat everthing they want and they never gain any weight, so it also is based on how fast you digest the food.
