Do you want it hot, or just not cold?

30 seconds in the microwave should take the chill off.

microwaves hurt vegetables,, i have read a lot about how microwaves are not good to use are just take it out and drink it in an hour after it gets not so cold,?
and why don't people use pressure cookers much anymore there the best to keep in the nutrients
when food is heated it kills the enzymes and amino acids that makes food digest well . its just not good to heat vegetables a lot, it kills whats good for you in the vegetables,
always slow cook food .vegetables. and other foods.

You shouldn't heat your veggie juice
Heat destroys whatever nutrients that might be left in it.
