before you even intent to ask this guy out, find out if he has a girlfriend or dating. become his friend first and see how much you have in common, get to know him and let him get to know you, and if there is a connection it will happen naturally, plus eyes tell all, he will see the true interest you have for him. like i always say friends before lovers...good luck
