Never, I hate those things and it causes people to get junk mail. It's a waste of my time to open them, so I just delete. Most people don't appriecate them. I much rather have a line or two telling me what is going on in my friends life.

each and every so in many circumstances. i exploit them for greater "minor" activities--new activity, new doggy, %. me up/brighten your day, a happy birthday precursor to the actual card, a pass over you . . . Ecards are relaxing and that i admire sending the humorous ones or ones with video games--mind-blowing distraction. i do no longer use them for birthdays, somber/unhappy activities (are you able to think of?!?!), trip journeys . . . until i'm merely sending it for relaxing!
