I do believe your body is crying out for plain, pure, simple WATER. Read the water cure website. 6-8 glasses of water per day is highly recommended. Also for 93 vitamins and minerals 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day or before a meal if dieting.

You need to get a "stress test" done at the doctor's.
