this sounds like human trafficking to me. if they are volunteers why should you be looking for a profit. this sounds like something i need to report to the police and immigrations.

The nature of volunteers means they don't get paid for their contributions. There have been many changes in Thailand recently in regards to Native Speaker English Teachers. It is not as easy as in the past to be a teacher here. You would not be able to place anybody. They need to be here to apply for visa, workpermit, show documentation of their qualifications and now a report from the local police where the candidate is from to confirm they don't have a criminal history. You would need to come here and do the legwork to find places interested. Good luck, I hope this helps.

Check the newspapers for vacancies. You can help reply to them on behalf of the volunteers if you like.
