he definitely likes you! Is he the "shy guy" type? because shy guys are known to do that - they'll hint stuff for YOU to make a move...so i guess he's making a move for you to make a move on you...complicated, huh? I say he definitely likes you and you should make a move :) after you do, i think he'll be more confident and make more moves on you :)
