Having gone through the same thing two months ago (giant! zit on my cheek on wedding day)...be VERY careful not to dry it out too much. If you do, your skin will be so dry that whatever makeup you're wearing tomorrow will look awful because the dry skin will absorb so much makeup (likely while flaking off your face). The advice I received was to see if the zit was ready to pop by gently pulling away from the head--if it's ready, you'll get lots of stuff out of it. Then, when you get all you can from it (again, not by squeezing, but by pulling), put a moist antibacterial ointment (like Neosporin) on the zit and cover it with a bandaid overnight. I can't stress enough that drying your skin out the night before your wedding is one of the worst things you can do if you're planning to have your makeup done--my makeup artist told me horror stories of brides sobbing in the makeup chair because they tried to deal with zits the night before!
Ultimately, regardless (or in spite) of my mountainous zit , the wedding was better than everything that we hoped for. That's the main piece of my experience I'd encourage you to consider--slap some makeup over it, forget about it, and have a great time at your wedding!! As long as you're smiling, glowing, and loving your day, no one will even notice it. All they'll see is your joy!

I read once that models and actresses have cortisone injections straight into a zit when they are working (cortisone is an anti-inflammatory). So, I carefully open the offending zit (with a needle I have sterilized in alcohol) and reapply hydrocortisone cream every couple of hours - then I put quite a bit on and cover it with a bandaid overnight. I think it helps me and I hope it will help you, too.
Congratulations on your wedding and don't worry - no one is likely to notice the zit (except you!) - easier said than done, I know...

Wear make up, if your gonna marry him it shouldnt matter, but i understand about the picture thing. Well, pop it and wash ur face really good and put baby powder on it constantly, it helps absorb oil well. Im sure you will still look beautiful in ur wedding pics, i hope u find a solution.

toothpaste. You don't want to risk a reaction to a product you've never tried before on the night before your wedding, so just dab a little bit of toothpaste on it. It will help, and you aren't risking a bigger problem with a medication's side effects.
