I have under-eye circles! The thing is, it looks bad. They aren't that dark (kind of sallow). But mostly, my problem is that they are kind of sunken in near my eye (not deep or anything) and then there is a puffy ring around them. Even when I cover it up with concealer and foundation, the puffy-ness still is there. I just want to know how to fix it! BTW I don't do drugs, don't smoke, don't drink, and I'm a virgin (because someone always comes up with something related to that!). I just need an inexpensive way to fix it!

Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. It will retain the elasticity of your skin, thus reducing the dark circles, besides clearing up various skin problems.
Keep used black teabags under the eyes. The black tea gives the skin below the eyes a tight appearance and your eyes will have a beautiful glow. Brew a cup of black tea, take out the tea bag, allow it to cool down sufficiently but not completely such that you can easily bear it and place it on the eyes.
Using a cheese grater, grate some potato and keep this grated potato below the eyes for around 15 minutes. Then wash off with warm water.
Apply a light concealer to hide the dark circles if no other method works. Use a shade that is slightly lighter than your makeup. Put a small quantity on your index finger and dab it below the eyes. Smoothen it out with a sponge. Do not rub it with finger or the concealer stick. This will aggravate the problem.

Dark circles are hereditary. I just discovered a great product for this! BIOTHERM Hydra-detOx2. I have struggled with dark circles my whole life and they are getting more prominent in my 30's. I've been using this product and I can really see a difference. They are not completely gone, but there is a significant improvement. I do not feel so naked without concealer. You can get it at Macy's and it cost about $26.You might also want to try black or green tea bags. The caffeine helps reduce the puffiness and temporarily helps the dark circles.

There are amazing moisturizers to your undereyes. Just follow them each morning and they're going to curb the darkish circles. Applying bloodless presses like eye packs and bloodless spoons can lower one of the most puffiness as good. Even with all that, a few humans are not equipped to entirely do away with them, however no less than you'll lower them vastly.

Try sticking metal spoons in the freezer or wetting cotton swabs and leaving them in the freezer overnight And placing them on your under eye circles in the morning. The cold helps reduce the swelling.
Benefit also has a really good under eye circle depuffing gel.
For the sallowness you could try using a cream that has hydorquonine, a skin lightening agent that also minimizes scars, wal mart carries one called nadinola and one by palmers skin success.

It's not sleep. Reduce the amount of sodium in your diet. Increase your water and use the potato method. It will help some, but not much. I have not tried the Prep H. I guess I will. My eyes get puffy during allergy season. Cold spoons helps a lot.

the most inexpensive way and the best solution to eye bags is tea bags! dip 2 tea bags in warm water, and lay it on your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. Do that for 1 week and u could see the results.
