At present we run a special school for 112 children hailing from extremely poor families. The age group of the children we cater to is 7-15. The Special School is located in Palamaner Town, Andhra Pradesh, India. Thirty two of these children who are above 15 years of age are ready for pre vocational training. Congrats for starting something great ! I can understand your need for people to join your organisation. Mind one thing, when you say partner the project, it means financial participation. No one puts money unless he expects a return. Such projects are hardly an option for the people who invest money to gain money. Do not, I repeat, do NOT approach any political party, they will mess up the things. Do NOT, I repeat NOT approach any philanthropic organisation. You will come to know sooner or later that they aimed more at publicity than doing something concrete. Try this, it may work :
- Making the children self reliant in communication through litracy is the first step.
-Personal and community hygeine needs to be imparted.
-Let the group work as a self help group, you need to look at the resources available. I mean not the money, but the opportunities. I cannot detail this for the reason that your question does not have required details.
-You seek partnership in terms of time, lot of people will be eager to do so.
-When the group expands, when the volunteers join you, then make some headway in letting the students decide what they want to do.
-These successful boys from your school will be the real partners of your organisation.

You are in AP and a number of high profile I.T companies are
there in Hyderabad.
Prepare a well drafted and well designed letter to their marketing heads, appraising them the publicity value in your project, detailing the cost and benefit.
