Not a deer but a bull moose. Pouring rain after dark I almost rearended a moose running the same direction I was traveling. No oncoming traffic, I swerved into the other lane to miss him. tried to get back in my lane and spun 360 plus degrees around, and came to a stop across the road. Moose ran right into my driver door and fender. 87 Chevy step side 4" suspesnion lift so his face was right at my level. About crapped myself. he fell over got up staggered around for a minute and ran off. demolished my fender and door, had what I belive were teeth marks in the paint on the door.

Yeah my wife is pretty good at it. She has had a deer run into the car once a year for the past three years. I have to knock on wood a moment. I am hoping it doesn't happen this year.

my aunt was driving on the interstate at 65 mph and she hits a deer on the front left side. she messed up the lights, bumper, electrical stuff, and the left tire. she spent almost 8 thousand fixing it.
