if you recieved a cut on any part of yur body, specifically your face, is it a scar for life??i had a pretty good cut on my hand it left a noticable scar on me. i recently got knocked down with a brick falling down on my face and it left a deep cut on my nose. how can i stop the scarring process and make it become normal again?Dont want to have it healed and leave a scar on me.

Clean it carefully with regular soap and water, don't pull the scab away or scrub at it. Use Mederma after it is healed (it is suggested for all post surgical patients who want to avoid scarring). Make sure that you use sunblock for at least a year (if not forever) to avoid differences in the pigmentation of the new skin.

If it is a deep cut, you should get stiches to minimize scarring. Not all scars can be prevented though.
