I'm researching building options and want to balance low maintenance, high resale value and energy efficiency with aesthetics and ease of building...for starters!

I Own a Modular Home. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and it is made out of good Materials like a stick built home. I bought mine from another couple who had it made by a local Company called American Modulars. Modulars do NOT lose their resell Value unlike a manufactured home.
