im not fat or ne thing and im 15 and u know i dont have the time to go to the gym so i need to find time in my houdse and i need to know wha excersses i can do from my house.

i do 100 sit ups everyday
try not to start with 100 on the first day
the first time you do it keep it a low amount
start with 20 and keep it at that level for a few weeks
and then gradually add more and more reps to your situps
also, when doing the sit ups dont go all the way up
go halfway up and then back down

You do not need to go to a Gym at all in order to get in shape. To get your abs in shape you have to various abdominal crunches. Do 100 crunches in mornings and 100 in the evenings. You also have to watch your diet and calories. And you have to do cardio vascular exercises to lose the fat. You can do this by jogging around the block. Just go for a 1 mile run each morning or evening, 5 days per week.

8 min abs! or Billy Blank. or Yoga! Change it up and do one or two everyday. Personally, I like them all a lot!

apart from those exercises above avoid carbohydrate diet cos diet does matter
