"May cause severe eye pain" Ouch. ouch. Ouch.
Edit: Kitkat, marky is not bitter. You're just mean.

God does heal, and I have seen those who were sick healed. I have seen cancer healed, in minutes. Should we, how ever hold doctors to the same level of distrust as you hold God to? If a doctor fails in his attempt to heal, should we make that person wear such a warning label? Should we even go so far as to make them show a running tally of patients lost because their advise, or efforts were wrong? If not, then why hold God to the same level of responsibility. Those who quit their medications probably did so of their own accord with out asking God first. That is their fault, not God's. Just as it would be wrong to blame you for something I might do based on something you said, you should not blame God for something someone did of their own accord. If you can, which I have grounds to doubt, be fair.

Well, here I am again with my "perfect" analogy. A woman's child is grazed by a bullet. The child lives. The woman says: "It was God's will." The child is KILLED by the bullet. The woman says: "it was God's will." Hello? Is anyone home? If some people TRULY get "comfort" from believing in miracles, go for it! But isn't it all, bottom line, the same?
EDIT: Oh, I am so bullheaded! I was just thinking (I do that sometime) the same analogy I used above applies to prayer. We prayed. He died. It was God's will. We prayed. He lived. It was our prayers. Again, I don't mean to offend anyone, but aren't we supposed to use this to answer, express our feelings yada yada? BELIEVE WHATEVER YOU WANT. & SO WILL I.

cause you don't see it on the nightly news you don't think miracles of healing don't happen????
go hang out in a hospital for just 1 day, that's it, and talk to nurses, doctors and those that deal with patience and ask them what they think. for they see it first hand.
remember, people aren't gonna go public with this stuff for fear of being called a fool or UFO watcher....just as you are doing here. plus many don't want the popularity or news coverage. others take it as a divine gift and they shouldn't share it, for it was for them. and other times the news n all won't cover it, after all they are corrupt and give the story they want, not the truth.
just cause you don't hear of something, see something yourself, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. is the great wall of china real? you've never seen it so how do you know? pictures? I can make those myself with an art program, so how do you really know its there if you never have seen it?
see how non logical your view is?

God can heal anyone He chooses to. God has performed many a miracle in many hospital operating rooms where hope for the patient was a non-issue, according to the attending doctors. Who are you or I to limit God and relegate Him to the annex of doubt?

People who pray for healing do not tell people to stop taking medicine or stop working with their doctor. Now I think that the Christian Scientist take that approach, but the rest of us do not.

Tell me one thing... what is wrong with someone believing that miracles are possible? Especially when they are?
How do you 100% for sure their isn't a God helping us out?
There is nothing wrong with a little bit of hope..
If anything it has been proven to make people healthier, to have motives and to not "give up". That's my opinion anyway.. but I'll let you have yours. Take care...

No.Use common sense. God can heal cancer. And He heals. Why He does not heal it for everyone, I do not know. But His Word is the same for everyone. : )

If it is Gods will, he can heal anyone of anything. These guys who get on Tv, get a bunch of people to send them money, and hit them on the head, fall down and jump back up healed is a bunch of malarky! Why dont these guys go down to childrens hospital and heal them? Cause they are PHONY. I dont know anyone who claims God WILL heal cancer. But he CAN if he so chooses.

My mother's sister had cancer over 40 years ago, she was in the hospital and lost a lot of weight, and my mother prayed for her, and she is still living. I don't know of any medicine that can cure cancer.
