Hi.. Yesterday i bent down to wrap my hair in a towel and i swung my head up too fast and my neck cracked!
IT HURT SO BAD I LEFT SCHOOL EARLY TODAY!
i can barley move it!! Its kinda crooked.. and my shoulders r hurting too!!!!!
What should i do!?!?!!?
any remidies ???

water therapy is good -use a hot tub or warm bath. try advil or alleve for pain. heat and ice can help. vist a masseuse or chiropractor. if it's not better in a few days, visit an urgent care or your doctor.

This sounds like torticollis, which is similar to sprain/strain of the neck. You neck muscles have gone into a spasm and are inflamed. I know its really painful, but it will get better in a few days. Use a heating pad, to relax the muscles. Have someone give you a very gental massage over the neck muscles and your shoulder muscles. If it gets worse or does not improve in the next 2 days, go see a doctor or chiropractor. And dont worry the cracking is not a big deal.

It sounds like you gave your self whip lash, You need to see a doctor. Your neck is very fragile

This happened to me before, I was in church and moved wrong. My physical therapists gave me exercises to go, and my doctor sent me to chiropractor.
It was just a strained muscle.
Not sure why mine popped though.

When ever you hurt your neck you should see a doctor , it could ,and probably is nothing serious, however because it is your neck you should definately have someone look at it ln person.good luck
