We all turn gray at some point. Graying hair is considered a sign of wisdom and distinction in many cultures. Why not skip the supplements (which undoubtedly cost a small fortune) and take advanage of your new look? You'll only end up frustrated that you can't stop the purpose. There are greater things to worry about.

never heard about supplements for gray hair. wouldn't it be easier to spend the money on hair dye? That's what I do...started going grey at 22.
