Well it was a bad desision in the first place,but I am under the age of 13 and this may not work,but try lying her down in the bed,maybe she will fall asleep.

If she's normally not a heavy drinker, she may resent you for letting it happen. Take care of her and stay with her for anything she needs. Make it up to her any way she wishes as a P.S. I'm sorry b-day gift.
