What I 'thought' were migrianes for many years, turned out to be allergies! But in 2000, a new drug was introduced, and allergy or migraine, it didn't matter... it was a miracle drug! IMOTREX! I read about it in Reader's Digest, and told my doctor to give me some. IT IS SO EXPENSIVE, that my insurance would only cover two Rx's a year, and each Rx had nine tablets in it... at about $20 a tablet! BUT, one, maybe two tablets will kick it's ****, and it won't be back til another day! No side effects, either! I don't get them anymore, because now I know it's allergies, so I use something different and a lil less $$$!! You might also 'grow' out of them, like my daughter did and my nieces.

don't know how they start, but once you feel one coming take Excedrin for migraine, two pills and drink a glass of water. it always works for me. if you don't have any, take aspirin with a few sips of coke or Pepsi. I know people think caffeine starts headaches but once you get a migraine you need the caffeine to knock it out.
