You could look into churches, Yes, a park would be nice, as long as it is not too hot. You don't want the person for the party to be sweaty. If you have enough guests maybe the town center? Maybe her house is big enough? Good luck! You have to play the poopy diaper game though! It is where you take clean diapers and melt chocolate candy bars in them pass them around and silently they write down what kind of candy they think is in the diaper. You have to take pictures of that as well it is priceless. We had women smelling the diaper and even tasting it! So funny!

A church, Usually they will let members of the church use the basement for things like this.

Some places will let their employees use the company meeting room for free.

Check with people to see if some one lives in an apartment complex that has a community room most of the time tenants can use it free.

church hall, fire hall, any local hall, school auditorium, other friend or family members house. If the weather is nice maybe a park but make sure you have a back up in case it rains. I wouldn't want mine at a restaurant, it's not as fun b/c you can't act silly and play games

Treat the occasion like you would a bridal shower. Any person's home on either side of the family that is big enough to fit the party should be open. That way they don't have to get you a gift and it feels like the whole family is involved in this special moment.

We rented the local Community Center. They had a large room with tables and chairs and a fridge and we got to decorate however we wanted. It was $ 50.00 for 3 hrs.
