the biggest fish I ever caught was a 34 pound Chinook salmon on lake Michigan with my dad. it took my 45 minutes to get it in the boat, my arms felt like jello and were shaking so bad from bring it up out of 150 feet of water, but that fish got me "hooked" on great lakes fishing! but the best part about the whole experience was the fact that I was out there with my dad! he passed away a few years ago, but I still go out...this time on a charter...and we do a cruise in his memory...last year we caught 150 pounds of salmon and I just know he was looking down on us smiling!
