Well my cousin has a 1 year old male chocolate Lab and he still hasn't reached his full adult size. His vet thinks it will be another 3-5 months until he reaches his adult size.
As Labs are such hyper and bouncy dogs, they are still "puppies" until they reach maturity when they are 2-3 years old.

It takes about a year at most for your lab to reach full size, but the lab pup grows very fast it will just do small growing when it reaches about 7-8 months.

Big dogs (like labs) can keep growing until they're 12 months, but its usually more filling out than getting tall. Also labs are considered puppies for 2 years so you can expect puppy like behavior for at least an extra year and a half. I had a lab/golden retriever mix that at full size his shoulders stood about a quarter below my mid thigh (I'm 5'4). he was a huge dog but a good one and he didn't reach that size until he was bout 12 months or over.

It takes about 8-10 months. But remember, all dogs dont grow at the same time.

About 12 months, give or take a couple months. Just like people, there's no way to tell exactly for each individual.
