There is a story in Sahih Bukhary about prophet Muhammed who heard of a temple in Yemen (more than 800 km from his Medina) where some people used to go and worship their own god. When prophet Muhammed heard of that temple, he sent some of his companions and asked them to DESTROY that temple. The Muslims raided the village, DESTROYED the temple, KILLED people who were there, and looted the village.

Yes. It's a story. You can't believe every story that you read. Most of them are just propaganda from hate groups.

He was tolerant to other religions that believed in the same God like the jews and christains/ but he did not approve idolatry which this temple probably was, i can't read arabic so i can't tell what it says. But jews and christians were allowed to practice their religion. . I bet you can also find stories of christians and jews destroying temples that promoted idol worship.Muslims are also allowed to marry a jew or christian, so muslims are tolerant of other religions.

The Qu'ran, supposedly the words of Muhammad, orders Muslims to kill Jews, Christians, and non-Muslims. That pretty much rules them out as being "tolerant" of other "religions."

Where did you ever hear that Muhammad was tolerant? Muhammad was never tolerant of anyone but himself. He was a greedy, deceitful, bloodthirsty, sadistic ghoul and baby-rapist.

muhammed was prophet of nothing and he was not "tolerant of anything but little girls and killing as history itself tells it. This is not just my opinion but that of every historian from then till now.
