I really don't see what the problem would be. So long as they're still preaching God's message of love, then why should anyone care whether or not they're openly gay? Gay people have gone through homophobia especially if they're church leaders. That just means they tend to know the messages of love much more than a lot of other people.
And they're preaching the bible, right? Not gay kama sutra, so what's the big deal?

Homosexual is an abomination against God. Do you really think God is in favor of this?
The answer is NO. If its a huge sin with Our God, then it stands to reason it should be the same with us.
Read your Bible for more information on this subject. Always go to the Word of God for the truth and leave what man says about it right in the dirt.><>
Don't forget. Jesus Christ became our Passover and we are just 11 days away from the Most Highest Day to Celebrate for all Christians.><>

No way! I think gay people are convinced their lifestyle is not only permissible but desirable. Therefore they think others should join them. This will be like a cancer in any organization, church, school, whatever.
Read about NAMBLA, the North American Man Boy Love Association and their belief in absolutely illegal activities, especially regarding children. The cancer is spreading throughout our entire society.

I think it is a good idea. some youths in your church are gay and you will need to deal with that sooner or later. If you accept those people as people they will live as people in your community instead of going through life hiding... is that what you really want.

".. males with males, working what is obscence.." Rom 1:24-27
"..men who lie with males..and whatever other thing is in opposition to the healthful teaching according to the glorious news of the happy God" 1Tim.1:9-11, Lev.20:13
If you are doing what is reprehensible to God how can you preach about Him? To anyone? Except to teach what you think it is that God is saying not what he is really saying.

JOHN: Why stir the controversy of the "gay" issue concerning the churches? Leave the "judging" to God.

If your church teaches that certain behavior is immoral, it would be clearly inappropriate to have someone who openly promotes this behavior teaching morality within your church.

That's like saying "do you think it's right to have brown eyed leaders preaching ..."
Homosexuality is an expression of love. What's wrong with love?

I'm not a big fan of ANYONE preaching though. Its silly, and harmful to society to boot.
