No one on YA can diagnose your puppy because it could be anything and we can not see through the screen so I think the best person to answer your question is a vet.

If your puppy is truly not drinking for more than 8 hours, or will not eat, has vomiting or diarhea, or is truly losing weight (do you know a previous weight and a current weight) your puppy could be very sick. You should take your puppy to a vet tomorrow morning, or now if the puppy seems listless or even if you are just really worried (your intuition may be correct). Sometimes is helps to apply the same symptoms to yourself or your child and then ask yourself the same question. If you were to say "I am losing weight and do not want to drink" you would probably know that you need to go to a doctor. This all assumes that the duration is more than just a few hours.
Also, has your puppy been to a vet yet for just a well puppy visit? If so, your puppy should have already started vaccines and already been dewormed, so my guess is you need to see a vet (tomorrow morning) if for no other reason than to just start with these essential services.

This sounds like an upper respiratory infection or eye infection, worms can cause some weight loss but will also cause pup to have a distended bloated tummy. Has this baby had shots? How about been around any places where he could have caught something like at the park or even in petsmart? You have to be extra careful until hes had all his shots. Get this baby to the vet pronto, the wont drink and weight loss can also be signs of parvo. God Bless!

get the puppy to a vet asap it could be a number of things , it could be worms, parvo, or petfood poisioning if its parvo get her there fast cause if the pup hasnt had shots she could die normally from parvo the wont eat or drink they're stool will be runny and they will be throwing up and with parvo most of the time the first 3 days are the most important the pup will dehydrate very fast and with most pups by the 3rd day they die i would get this pup to a vet fast good luck and i hope she's ok and force fluids down her every few hrs a little at a time with a medicine dropper even if she throws it back up the best help you can get right now will be a vet

These signs could be indicators of many things.
It's time to take your puppy to the vet. Call your local veterinarian and have her check-ups done.
Your veterinarian will run a fecal/urine/blood analysis and check the overall health of your puppy to make sure that nothing is wrong.
I would worry about the loss of appetite and weight. The discharge may just need a eye-wash. Together however; these symptoms may indicate something serious.

i probably disagree. eye worms in the dog are extremely rare in most of the US, and they wouldn't affect her loss of appetite or drinking. nor would stomach/lung worms or liver flukes or any of the other parasites tht i can think of off the top of my head. in fact, decreased water consumption does not sound like worms at all, that i know of.
however, if you feel strongly that it may be worms a fecal analysis at your local vet clinic is very cheap and easy and may set you at ease on that issue.
testing for a virus, which is a more likely problem in puppies, is much more difficult. i suggest taking her to the vet ASAP, primarily because Canine Distemper virus causes all the symptoms you listed and is a very serious problem. it is also extremely contagious. your puppy may be fighting for her life. or perhaps it is just a mild cold virus and there will be few consequences. the only way you will know for sure is to take her to the vet. in the meantime, double check that any dogs in your day to day life are up to date on their vaccinations.

Hate to sound like a broken record, but - have a veterinarian check the puppy. It could just be a minor eye infection, which is easy enough to treat; but you could also be dealing with parvo, especially if the mom wasn't vaccinated. Puppies usually get several de-wormings, whether they show symptoms or not.

Maybe, but if it is it is a very sever case if she is loosing wieght. A lot of puppies get worms and you will see them come out of her butt if it was that bad; they look like rice. Take her to the vet asap and if you can't afford it - go to the humane society and ask them for help. Are you feeding her wet food that may have been recalled?

Go to the emergency vet!!! A pup that young can go downhill fast. Could be the food recall, could be distemper, could be just about anything... only way to know for sure is the vet! Sorry I couldn't help more, but this one's gonna take some blood work, I would imagine.
