You're fine! I'm 5'4" and naturally thin because my metabo is very, very high. I don't excersize nearly as much as you and I probably eat the same or a little more! I weigh about 108lbs.
A lot of people have very small bone structures, I'm sure if you weighed 10-30lbs more you would look awkward! Any more than that and you would be overweight, but look obese because of your small bones!!!
Don't worry about your weight.

well if you would like to increase lean mass i will suggest a few pointers first you should limit the cardio and increase the wieght training, it's not about time, but more about quality. you said you lift arms, well to gain weight you need to do compound exercises, such as bench press, dead lifts, squats, bent over rows, etc. isolated exercises will give you deffinition, but not the size you desire. examples of isolated exercises would be, concentrated bicep curls, tricep extensions, or hammer curls. also you should increse your protien intake, along with your carb intake, your diet matters more than the training. take creatine, because it will add loots of good weight, and make you much stronger, also you must drink atleast 2 quarts of water a day, perferribly more. lastly without 7-8 hours sleep a night you will never see the gains you are looking for. i hope this helps, but i have many other tips if you want, hit me up. I also used to be underweight until i approached it in the right way, i'm now 26 5'9'' and weigh 190, so i know what i'm talking about, anyways take care.

Hey
I am no expert, but that amount of activity actually looks really healthy.
If I were you I would keep up the excercise.
Add some essential fats to your diet, like maybe a high Omega 3 oil, and make really nutritious shakes with dark berries and flax seeds.
You can up your calories, but do it with healthy foods.
Try brown rice, and nuts, also fruit, and vegetables are obviously good for you, but not big on the weight gain department.
Definitely get your thyroid checked out!
I just did too. It's really helpful to know if that's it or not.
Good luck!

Not bad at all. I'm also 105 lb.s, and running helps me gain weight. It also helps me feel happier, as it's a natural high. There are countless health benefits that have nothing to do with losing weight. Keep doing what you're doing.

Running is not good for anyone. It is very hard on your knees and back. If you are going to exercise that much you probably need extra protein. Most of the weight lifter mixes are good or Medifast has a delicious protein and vitamin shake.

Your exercise regimen sounds great. As many calories as you eat, you should be exercising that much. I can exercise less because I eat around 1500 calories a day as that is one major thing proven to extend life and provide excellent health as you get older.

If you are concerned about your workouts/weight, then yes, it probably is bad.
Perhaps you could find another source of stress reliever...
unfortunately I don't know what that would be for you.
Try to injest more calories if you cannot find another way to relieve your stress. Good Luck!!

If you're exercising, taking in as many calories as you say you do and have consulted a physician I wouldn't worry too much. From what you say, you're aren't overdoing it in the exercise department. Enjoy it while you can!

It's not bad.
As long as you're eating and not a toothpick.
try eating pizza and chocolate and drinking beer, that'll put on some weight!
