I was medically discharged from the Navy with a 70% disability rating for schizoaffective disorder. I later filed for unemployability. It was accepted giving me a 100% disability rating. I'm afraid that someday they'll take it away or lower it. Will they?

I was really sick for a while. I was in a psych ward. I'm not as sick as I was then now that I've been on medication but I don't feel able to work. Thanks for your help.

Unless you go to the VA and tell them you want them to take your money it is 100% for life. As little contact with the VA the better. Take free for life is your benefit unless you do something to screw it up.
