you can safely brood one chick per six inches square. Which means you can brood all ninety five together. It can actually brood 130 chicks total.

Hope that helps.

it will hold all of them. but they should be dumped out of it when they get to the house. in the house you should have your heaters down close to keep them warm. the small bell drinkers should be on the ground untill around two weeks old and then iether use larger bell drinkers or use niple drinkers.
the food for the baby chicks should be placed in a feed pan on the ground. i would not keep the chicks in the coop any longer then the day they arive. its not for housing. and there is no reason that the chicks cant go into the house the day they arive. you should have the house ready for them when they get there. there should be a line of brown paper layed down on the floor with food on it so the birds will stay in that area and learn that the food is always right there. you might want to set up pens around the food and heater and keep them in that area so they wont get out past the heated area. and dont let them bunch up in a pile because they will smother some of the birds. 95 birds is a very small chicken outfit so i am assuming you are selling them at a local bird market because around her our houses hold thousands of birds. my area is the home of tyson foods and many other growers.
you also need to learn about lighting because the birds light is adjusted as they age mainly layers.

If they are day old chicks then they will all fit if this container is just for transportation.Once you get them home it is better to have a brooder box.You can calculate the size by factoring it at 4 square inches per chick. This will allow enough space for growth till they are feathered and ready to be housed.
