i do 20 sit ups b4 i go to bed but cant seem to see results, please help and tips, thanks

Many people seek that sleek six pack look only to be disappointed. Genetics plays a huge part in that look. a person can do a billion sit-ups and keep a low fat diet and still not achieve the results they want. That's not to say a person should not keep in shape but keep goals realistic.

a six pack is tough to get..but not impossible.
start with a good diet & exercise programme.
cut down on fat..and your msucles will show more.
do sit ups..side bends, crunches.
don't forget cardio..to burn fat.
start and build up gradually..a six pack takes about 4-6 months of weight training before you start to see results.

one good technique is to lie on your back and keeping your feet together and then raise your legs about 6 inches of the floor and stay there for a bit then raise again another 6 inches and hold before dropping back down. Do this up until abs get tired, ab strain makes even sitting down uncomfortable.

You have to starve yourself and 20 sit ups? Are you joking. You better do about 100, three times a day.

How old are you? Weights are good if you are above 18, if you are below 18, try exercises that use your body weight..like hanging from a bar and bringing your legs up to a 90 degrees angle.

lol buy a bodi tek machine it has varoius facilties enhances muscles massages you and much more for a 100 pouind it makes u toned all over and makes ur muscles expand with shock waves... plus u should do 1000 sit ups a day to see a diffrence lol trust me

try cross training. mix the sit ups with running, swimming and bike riding. weight lifting might not hurt either.

go to a gym and learn how to do weights ect. BUT DONT DO WEIGHTS WITHOUT INSTRUCTER (but personally i think big six packs are disgusting)
