I'm probably going to get a chest tattoo(not really huge). Do you think it is gross to see a girl with a tat there or what? If so why?

I'm getting a chest tattoo next week. more people are against the idea than for it. but when i came up with my design and did my research and saw as many pictures as i could of other girls with their upper chests done, my mind could not be changed. it's your body, and you and only you should dictate what goes on it. yeah, i will be labeled and judged by people who are ignorant and think all girls with tattoos on their chests are sluts, but those aren't the kind of people who's opinions matter to me. I'm doing it for me. it does depend on what you get and the placement though. I've seen beautiful pieces that are well thought out and worn tastefully, and I've seen pieces that are placed very low on the chest and the girls wear the lowest cut shirts out there to show it off. either way, it's your body and your choice so don't listen to anyone who's going to judge you by your ink and not by you. hope i helped :)

I have a tattoo on my chest. Of course I love tattoos, i like to go up to someone and start talking about tattoos and different designs and why they got it.
I don't think you should get a tattoo that may keep you from getting a certain job you want down the road. You shouldn't get any on your neck or hand. I know being in the military, you can't have any on your neck and they can't be offensive or inappropriate.

i am not a fan of chest tattoos but that's just me. not that i think they are trashy or ugly or anything, i have plenty of friends with them but they're just not my favorite and i know that i'll never have one there but if that is what you want then definitely go for it.
as for how big it is... i always prefer a larger tattoo to something tiny.

I plan on getting one on my chest it will be a picture of my dog and I want it over my heart and that's why I'm getting it there. placement is a big deal, but what it is and the meaning it has to you are just as important!!

I have tattoos myself.
On my forearms and back.
But i think chest tattoos look so crap.

I have tattoos in that area. I got them when I was younger and always trying to show of my boobs. Now that I am 31, I am more conservative. If you do get them, get it where it can be hidden for job reasons.

That's all I can say. If you want it there, get it there.
ALWAYS put A LOT of thought into what you want inked on you FOREVER!!!!! It's a life-long commitment!

I guess it matters what kinda of style you have
if you have like a punky gothy rebel style it might look nice, but maybe not on your chest, maybe on your stomach or back
