Tequila Painkiller
1 oz Jose Cuervo Especial
• .5 oz. Smirnoff Red Label Vodka
• .5 oz. light rum
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 oz. orange juice
• .5 oz. cream of coconut
Preparation
• In a blender, add Jose Cuervo Especial, Smirnoff Red Label Vodka, light rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut
• Blend until smooth
• Pour into a glass with ice
• Garnish with pineapple slice
• 1 slice pineapple

mint jelup - refreshing for summer
4 ounces Bourbon Whiskey
4 to 6 sprigs of mint
2 sugar cubes
Put Bourbon, Mint, and Sugar into the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Muddle to dissolve sugar and blend mint leaves. Let stand for a bit to help release the mint flavor. Add ice, and shake well to chill, then strain into a glass filled with shaved ice.

It's called a 'Nathan brewskie' the two founders were both named nathan. It is simply scotch and root beer. In order to get the full experience, it should be served in a root beer bottle. Roughly 3-1 ratio, but you can make it to your liking. It's a fun drink, all your friends ask "What kind of beer you drinkin'?" "Root beer, no really, look at the bottle". My personal favorite is Johnnie Walker Black Label with IBC Root Beer.

In the hot weather it would be nice to drink a "mendory sour". Its a green sour drink that gets you buzz n when you least expect it.

I just discovered a really great vodka by Van Gogh it is espresso flavored and so so good.
drink straight, over ice or in your favorite cocktail martini.
try 1 1/2 oz espresso vodka
1/2 oz choc liqueur
shake over ice martini style
very nice drink

Kalima is a light malt beverage, multi flavored. We tried kicking it up with Rum and vodka, and it tastes WONDERFUL. The Pina Colada with a pineapple or coconut Rum was an awesome drink. I was suprised how versatile the Kalima was. Comes in a 6 pack like smirnoff.

Strongbow cider. It is very refreshing in the warmer months. You can pour it over ice, add any flavor schnapps or vodka to change it up like, apple, strawberry, berry and all other fruit flavors. Enjoy!
